With Vettaikaran pulling out of the race, the expected contest between Suriya (Aadhavan) and Vijay has fizzled out. But the unexpected bonanza is the Namitha-starrer Jaganmohini among the three Deepavali releases (October 17). Peranmai, starring Jeyam Ravi in a totally unconventional role, could well emerge as the dark horse in this three-horse race.

Suriya fans will definitely have a great feast with Aadhavan releasing. For the first time, Suriya is paired with Nayantara, music is by Harris Jayaraj, and director K.S. Ravikumar is known for his high success rate. An indication of the star power and the brand name of the Production House (Red Giant Movies) is evident from the fact that the movie has been sold in all areas for a staggering price with nearly 300 prints worldwide.

A lot is riding on Namitha in Jaganmohini. Besides the fact of the actress badly needing a hit, the movie has been made on a lavish budget with special graphic effects. Director N.K. Vishwanath sounded confident that the movie would be a visual treat with the pulsating music of Ilayaraja to work in its favour.

Which movie will do better? Suriya's Aadhavan or Namitha's Jaganmohini? Or Peranmai, starring Jeyam Ravi? Only time can tell!

‘Jaganmohini’ to hit the screen on Sep 25th

Jaganmohini’, the bilingual project directed by cinematographer-director N.K. Vishwanathan will release on September 25th. The film which is made in Tamil and Telugu will release simultaneously in both the states.

The film’s trailer earned good review and the main film is expected to touch new highs in graphics and special effects. Namitha combines glamour with performance and she is the positive aspect of the film. What’s more? The visual effects combined with splendid musical score by Illayaraja have given the movie a fresh identity.

The all new ‘Jaganmohini’ will feature Namitha as a sea diver and has done underwater scenes to allure her fans further.

The latest hot news in the industry is that Namitha’s ‘Jaganmohini’ will release in more than 500 screens across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Namitha will be back with a bang… right guys?

The making of the film 'Jaganmohini' has been going on for a long time now. Now according to sources, the shooting of the flick is reaching its final stages.However, the release date of the flick is yet unknown as sources reveal that a lot of time is being taken for the graphics and other technical aspects.

The movie stars glam queen Namitha in the title role along with the multiplex hero Raja in lead and the sexy navel beauty Meera Chopra. The flick is being directed by NK Viswanathan.
