Jayam Ravi is a kind of guy who prefers a life full of thrills than leading a regular life style. He seeks kick in whatever he does. He finds liking in Ileana. They separate due to differences. Shyam is a young cop who is in lookout for a big ticket thief who happens to be Jayam Ravi.

Meanwhile, Ileana agrees for an engagement with Shyam. The rest of the story is all about how Jayam Ravi wins back his lady love and the real intent behind the robberies of Jayam Ravi.

Joys and jubilations, these things must be perpetually running down in Ravi’s mind now. The actor is brimmed with gleefulness after becoming dad of a baby boy and here’s yet news from him. Yeah! His long-awaited ‘Thillalangadi’ will hit screens on July 23.



Followed by the grand success of ‘Singam’, Sun Pictures has decided to release ‘Thillalangadi’ by last week of July. Produced by Jayam Company and directed by Raja, the film is a remake of Telugu movie ‘Kick’ that marked a great success in Tollywood box office…With Thamannah playing Ravi’s love interest in this film, Shaam sustains his same role of Telugu version this remake as well while Raja has made some changes over the characterization of Vadivelu and Santhanam as they’ll be tickling your funny bones all throughout the film.

Simbhu sings for Jayam Ravi in Thilalangadi

Silambarasan has cronned yet another song under his all time favourite music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, for Jayam Ravi’s Thilalangadi directed by Jayam Raja.

The song Patta Patta Pattapuchi… written by NA Muthukumar has been sung in a very peppy manner by Simbu. Yuvan was told by Raja to compose a song on the lines of Kozhi Veda Kozhi… from the director’s earlier Something , Something Unakum Enakum.

For Yuvan it was challenge to make such a racy number and live up to the expectation of his director. When Ravi heard the tune he recommended the name of Simbu, who later recorded it in three hours. The song will be picturised on Ravi and Tamanna on a set to be put up in a Chennai studio.
