Amitabh Bachchan has been accused of fraud, cheating and criminal conspiracy by a village pradhan Rajkumari Singh in Barabanki UP, a place not very far away from Big B’s birth place Allahabad.
Big B is amongst the six accused, including his daughter-in-law Aishwarya, Nishita Foundation – run by actress MP Jaya Pradha and the foundation secretary Devendra Kumar. In her plea, Rajkumari demanded lodging of FIR against the guilty. The complainant has accused the Bollywood icon of hatching a conspiracy to acquire land for the collage by fooling the villagers and gifting the same to Nishita foundation in a fraudulent manner.
The court has asked the police to submit its report on June 10, 2010.
