Kavalkaran Vs Kaval

Vijay's 51st film Kavalkaran

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 51st movie has been titled as Kavalkaran. The movie is the tamil remake of Malayalam movie Body Guard. Directed by Siddique, Kavalkaran features Vijay and Asin in the lead roles.

Vijay will play the role done by Dileep while Asin is going to do Nayanthara’s role in the Malayalam original. Director Siddique has made some minor changes in the Tamil version to suit Vijay’s style.

Vijay was shown the preview of the movie along with his wife earlier and Vijay liked the script and immediately expressed his wish to remake it in Tamil. Body Guard is a romantic comedy and a family entertainer with sentiments too.

Ajith's 50th movie Kaval

Now we all know that Thala Ajith's 50th film will be directed by the stylish film-maker Gautham Menon. The film produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri is believed to be a police story. All technicians who worked with me in VTV will be a part of this new film. Director has suggested the title Kaval for this upcoming venture.

It is also learned that the director has applied for the title to Film Chamber and once the approval comes, it will be announced officially. Music by AR Rahman.

Vijay is one who finished his 50th project in ‘Sura’ and now it’s Ajith who will be chasing him after. Let’s see who wins the race at the box office!Best wishes for Thalapathy and Thala for their upcoming flick.

Reacting to a question asking if he is into serious racing now because of his recent films flopping, Ajith said
"I have given my 100% to all my films done so far. So if a film flops it hurts me a lot. At the same time I don’t want to deceive my fans by doing trivial films just for the sake of being visible"

He also added that
"Watching movies in theaters today is an expensive outing for an ordinary family. Being that I am sure they will not patronise any rubbish. So I would like to quality films. In fact it's better to sit at home rather than doing crap in the name of films. So I will do only things that make me happy. Be it films or racing"

Rightly said Ajith. Thala pola varuma? Is the above Ajith's statement imitates Vijay on Sura's flop indirectly??
