With box-office pundits declaring the film a huge hit and accolades pouring in from almost every celebrity who had watched the movie, it
was time on Wednesday for the cast and crew of ‘Mynaa’ to celebrate the success.
The success meet was organised in Chennai in which members from ‘Mynaa’ family shared their joy with the media. And the cynosure of all
eyes was, beyond any doubt, Prabhu Solomon, the captain of the ship.
“My phone has not stopped ringing since last Friday (the day the film was released). The biggest accolade I received was from Superstar
Rajini himself, who was quite moved after watching the film,” the director said.
“Besides appreciating us for our efforts, Rajini sir said he would have been happy if he had acted in a few scenes in ‘Mynaa’. Thank the
Almighty, I can’t ask for more,” added a visibly thrilled Prabhu Solomon.
Udhayanidhi Stalin, who marketed the film, also received accolades from those present. Vidharth and Amala Pal, the lead players of ‘Mynaa’,
music composer D Imman and actor-director Thambi Ramaiah were also present.
